Who We Are
This website is operated by Lewis J Mitchell Painting & Decorating Limited (company registration number 12487703), registered at 16 Simon Way, Thornhill Park Road, Southampton, Hampshire SO18 5TJ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Given the limited personal data we hold, we are not required to register with the Information Commissioner's Office. We still handle your data in line with UK data protection law.

How We Handle Your Enquiry Data

- Who processes it: your enquiry is handled by us, and delivered and archived on our behalf by Digital Five and its email delivery provider (Postmark), who act as our processors.
- The Digital Five archive: a copy of each enquiry is retained securely in the Digital Five archive so that submissions are not lost. Access is limited to those who need it to deliver and support this service.
- Retention: we keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If cookie-based services are added in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent through a cookie banner.
